The Real Truth Why Weight Loss Is So Hard For Most People

Sometimes it can feel like you’re pushing a barrel up a hill and going nowhere fast when it comes to losing weight.

I mean you eat healthy, try and get out for some exercise when you can and generally do the right thing. But those dreaded scales don’t seem to budge.

Hands up if that’s you? Well that’s okay because guess what? You’re definitely not alone and it’s not your fault!

I know what you’re thinking. Surely he has to be joking.

Well it isn’t your fault because everything that we have been told all these years about weight loss is so far off the mark that it should be a criminal offence for some of these ‘health’ food companies, dieticians and nutritionists who are giving out the wrong information and charging people for it.

So if I can wave a magic wand over your brain and make you forget everything you once thought was right we’re on the right track.

The first thing that you can do right now is to remove as many processed foods from your healthy eating plan as you can.

Yes, it may be a challenge first but if you focus your day to day meals on lean meat, fresh vegetables and fruit as well as nuts and seeds you will go a long way to finally being able to shed those stubborn kilos and slipping those skinny jeans you’ve always wanted to fit back into over your thighs.

Yes, it is possible! Imagine how fantastic that is going to feel to be able to do that?
This is your driving force. Keep this image in your head especially when you may be tempted to stray off track and slip back into hold habits.

The easiest way possible to remember this new way of thinking is to always think eat clean to stay lean.

Cut out all the so-called ‘healthy’ things that are man-made. The best rule to follow for the most part is if it once walked this earth or was grown on a vine or came from the ground than it’s all good.

If it was made in a factory and comes in a packet or a box then leave it on the shelf.
This is going to be harder for some people than others. If this is you, start small. Think on the one thing that you can do right today to get those scales down in the right direction and that’s all you have to do – think of the one positive thing. Tomorrow, rinse and repeat.

Forget what you thought was right in the past and embrace the eat clean, stay lean philosophy and you will see those kilos coming down faster than you previously thought possible. What have you to lose apart from the extra kilos?
